Good day, mathletes!

This module was designed to help you gain an understanding on giving the place value and value of a digit of a given decimal number through ten thousandths.

Remember that the place value is the position of the digit in a number. It determines the value that the number holds. While the value of a digit in a given decimal is the product of that digit holding the decimal place and the value of that position.

After going through this module, you are expected to:

1. give the place value and the value of a digit of a given decimal number through ten thousandths; and

2. apply the place value and the value of a digit of a given decimal number through ten thousandths.
