Pursuant to DepEd Order No. 7, s. 2015 and DepEd Order No. 3, s. 2016 “Hiring Guidelines for Teacher 1 Positions”, DepEd announces the recruitment, selection and hiring of Teacher 1 Elementary, Junior High School for SY 2019-2020.
For applicants in Schools Implementing Indigenous Peoples Education (IPED) refer to DepEd Order No. 50, s. 2015.

DepEd Teacher 1 Hiring and Ranking Requirements
As stated in the above-mentioned DepEd Order, application requirements are as follows:
New an old applicants shall submit to the head of Elementary/Junior High School/Senior High School where a teacher shortage or vacancy exists, a written application letter together with the following documents organized in two (2) folders.
a. CSC Form 212 Revised 2017 (Personal Data Sheet) in two copies with the latest 2×2 ID picture (DOWNLOAD: CSC Form 212 Revised 2017)
b. Certified photocopy of PRC professional identification card or a PRC certification showing the teacher’s name, LET rating, and other information recorded in the PRC Office
c. Certified photocopy of ratings obtained in the Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET)/Professional Board Examination for Teachers (PBET)
d. Certified copy of transcript of records
e. Copies of service records, performance rating, and school clearance for those with teaching experience. If unavailable, the applicant must submit a justification citing the reason/s for unavailability.
f. Certificates of specialized training, if any
g. Certified copy of the Voter’s ID and/or any proof of residency as deemed acceptable by the School Screening Committee
h. NBI Clearance
i. Omnibus certification of authenticity and veracity of all documents submitted, signed by the applicant
SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL TEACHERS APPLICANT

Additional requirements for TVL teacher applicants | Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) National Certificate (NC) of at least one level higher than course to be taught in subject to be taught (e.g. NC-III in SMAW to teach SMAW-NC-II) or same level if there is no NC level higher. The School Screening Committee shall check and verify the authenticity of All Documents and Issues a Certification to applicants that it has received the application.
All pertinent documents must be properly arranged following the above sequence and to be placed in a white long folder with fastener.
Late submission of documents shall no longer be accepted.
Schedule for English Proficiency Test (EPT) will be announced later.
Those who were in the Registry of Qualified Applicants (RQA) last SY 2017-2018 may need not undergo the usual selection process, but must send a letter requesting their previous scores to be retained and or otherwise, they may want to updated their scores and want to undergo the usual selection process.
