Sa modyul na ito mabibigyan ka ng panahon upang alamin ang iba’t ibang pamamaraan kung paano mapanatili ang mabuting kalusugan, makamit ang tamang timbang ng katawan, at makakatulong na maiwasan ang labis-labis na katabaan. Mga mabubuting gawi tungo sa malusog na pamamaraan ng pamumuhay.

Sa modyul na ito ikaw ay inaasahan na nasasabi at nakasusuri ng isang angkop at malusog na pamumuhay (H3N-Ij-20, H3N-Ij-21).
